About Austin Bean

I am currently working for Colossal as FSO and Program Manager on the Federal Programs team. While my primary tasks consist of managing Employee/Facility clearances, constructing invoices, recording meeting notes, managing projects/relationships with customers, I also assist in graphic design, marketing, and miscellaneous sales-related projects. Prior to Colossal, I was for was a film installer, customer service representative, and bid estimator for two-years at XLNT Tint of Mid-Atlantic. While working for XLNT Tint, my primary tasks consisted of installing film on vehicles and glass panes, managing relationships with customers, and constructing bids for future film projects. Before working full-time, I was a student at St. Mary's College of Maryland. Here I received my Bachelors Degree in Fine Art. I also earned my Associates Degree while attending College of Southern Maryland two-years prior. During my time at College of Southern Maryland, I worked full-time as a General Service Technician/Salesperson for Admiral Tire. My position at Admiral Tire would change daily to accommodate my coworker’s schedules. Some days I would be preforming oil and tire changes, other days I would selling automotive maintenance and services. Prior to Admiral Tire, the first job I had was working as busboy/cook for Honey's Harvest in North Beach Maryland. During this time, I would come in for part-time shifts after school where my tasks consisted of washing dishes and preparing food for customers.
