My exceptional ability is my outgoing personality paired with my professional level of customer service. Working at a luxury hotel in the heart of Chicago taught me how to handle any situation with compassion and a can-do attitude with every guest I had the pleasure of interacting with. Alongside my customer service experience at my core, I decided to pursue my MBA. I have since worked in the business technology world and have always noticed I am usually the only extravert in a room full of introverts, thanks to my hospitality background.
