About Austin Breeden

I like to think as a customer would. When a customer contacts me they have a task they want to be completed or a goal they want to achieve. My first goal as a landscaper is to cater to my customer's needs and complete the job the customer needs to be done. When I get a call for a job I want to truly understand what the customer wants. What can I do for you? How can I do it? When does it need to be done? If you want to truly understand what the customer wants you have to ask precise questions and be detail-oriented on the job. I try to keep a good reputation by being available at all times to communicate with my fellow workers and customers. After I feel I have a firm grasp on what the customer wants to be completed and how they want it done, I scale up my efforts to make my customers day and hopefully complete the task in a manner that makes them happy. I use my past job experiences to help me complete the job at hand to the best of my abilities. In every job I have, there is always something new to learn and look forward to projects that push me so I can become a better worker from those experiences.
