About Austin Conner

I live and breathe technology. My love for tech started when I wanted to play Minecraft on an old laptop that wouldn't run it. After watching many YouTube videos and tutorials on how to enhance its performance, it worked! From that day on, I've been hooked.I enjoy identifying problems in my environment and finding ways to use technology to solve them. Whether it's a simple batch file to organize each week of my school courses, a more in-depth script to aid in computer deployments, looking at how end users are utilizing what they have and finding ways to make it easier, or just flat out making something happen with whatever we have, I thrive when I can solve problems, both big and small.I'm an active "Google-er" who can find whatever I need to reach a viable solution. Given enough time, the question isn't "will" I be able to do it, but "when".I currently work as a System Technician. I enjoy working with end users and ensuring that they are taken care of from beginning to end. I'm well-versed in Windows 10, Windows 11, Android, and iOS. I also have been working on my scripting skills utilizing PowerShell to enhance our workflows and aid in faster, more efficient deployments.
