About Austin G.

I’m a Lead Product Manager at UKG, where I lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of our Pro Onboarding experience, helping thousands of organizations create smoother, more engaging starts for their new hires. My goal? Make onboarding feel less like a checklist and more like a confident launch into a new role.Over the past five years, I’ve helped drive large-scale transformations across the HCM ecosystem through modernizing legacy systems, launching AI-powered features, and building integrations that actually make life easier for HR teams and new hires. I thrive at the intersection of customer empathy, business strategy, and technical execution, and I’m motivated by solving hard problems that scale.I’m big on collaboration and clarity - the kind that gets entire cross-functional teams moving in the same direction. Whether it’s engineering, design, customer success, or GTM, I focus on building trust and alignment to deliver products that work and outcomes that matter. Along the way, my work has helped improve onboarding completion rates, reduce time-to-productivity, and boost compliance confidence for some of the world’s largest employers. At the end of the day, I love leading teams, shaping product direction at a portfolio level, and turning ambitious ideas into real results. If it moves the business forward and makes users smile, I’m all in.
