Hello, my name is Austin Generaux, I am searching for a position to build a long-term career while working in a stable environment that offers opportunities to enhance critical thinking and collaboration skills. Graduated December 13th, 2020 from Park University in Parkville, MO, with a Bachelor of Science Business Administration degree. Through various careers, education, and experience I have gained and utilized many skills that have helped me excel in numerous occasions.My skills include but not limited to leadership, communication, self-motivation, conflict Resolution, adaptability, multitasking, collaboration, time management, critical thinking, creative, communication, organization, computer/technologically savvy. I have utilized my skills in various positions throughout my career, volunteer work, in educational courses, and in multiple sports. Through my managerial experience I demonstrated leadership, communication, conflict-resolution, multitasking, time management, decision making, critical thinking, problem solving, motivating, and organization. I was able to create a work environment that was efficient, motivated, and successful. In my soccer career I made captain in high school all 4 years through hard work, dedication, and my leadership skills. That hard work and dedication landed me a scholarship and multiple awards at Park University. Volunteering at various organizations I was able to lead, direct, provide efficient help, and make a difference in the surrounding communities. Through my education experience I can manage more professionally, I know what it takes to be a successful leader, while understanding the ins and outs of business. My current occupation as an assembly worker I understand the production system, how to operate within a production system, read or interpret customs options, standard options, manual pages, and/or work instructions while following directions, I have the ability to work under pressure while managing time wisely, taking initiative to find or locate parts for production, understanding and managing computer equipment or operating systems, being able to achieve quota while providing quality production, the ability to collaborate with a team, stay goal-oriented, and organized. I am looking for the opportunity to develop new skills while perfecting the skills I currently possess, I am looking for an opportunity to grow, succeed, and help an organization reach their goals while completing my own.
