About Austin Gerber

Austin is an active pursuer of challenges, and has spent much of his time in and beyond college developing skills in the areas of sales, leadership, management, and motivation. Much of his experience comes from his 6+ years of involvement with Southwestern Advantage where he has held positions ranging from Student Intern, to Organizational Leader, to Corporate Recruiter. In addition to work, Austin has several hobbies that occupy his time. He is an avid reader who strives to keep a pace of reading 1 new book a week. After participating in a marathon, he has recently built interest in triathlons, including his first Ironman 70.3. Additional time Austin has is directed towards learning a new language and instrument. Leisure time is spent digesting movies, a passion for Austin which he hopes to satisfy someday by either producing or directing a film. His hopes for the future are largely entrepreneurial. Developing a software company before the age of 30 with a potential focus on educational software is his next goal. This will hopefully be the second of several entrepreneurial endeavors that Austin will likely pursue for life.
