I have 7 years of experience combining my background in science and business to improve the quality systems and manufacturing practices in various quality and operations roles. A career in quality means to me the pursuit of a robust manufacturing process where the procedures and practices of the organization ensure that the product maintains the utmost quality. I have chosen a career in quality manufacturing as there are people (including members of my own family) who depend upon the medicines to live normal and happy lives. I enjoy the fast-paced ever-changing environment of manufacturing as there are always unique problems which present new challenges to overcome. For the last five years, I have navigated these manufacturing problems through effective communication while coordinating between diverse sets of roles and functions to ensure effective solutions for all stakeholders in the manufacturing process. My specialties include: GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality control systems, chemistry laboratory techniques, laboratory quality systems, change management, deviation management, computer systems quality assurance, and collaboration between diverse teams to improve efficiency.
