A few of my recent successes include: I grew the number of Define Group franchises from three to 16 and boosted our number of social media followers by 100% within one year by bringing on a marketing manager to build out a marketing store playbook and increase brand visibility. I decreased the employee turnover rate by 50% at Mash’d Restaurant by improving our food quality through coaching and new systems, as well as creating a culture of genuine hospitality. I led Don and Charlies to be named one of the Top 100 Spots in the US by Open Table and a Top 10 Best Steakhouse in Scottsdale by the Arizona Republic newspaper by developing a new featured cocktail list, wine list, and spirits training program. I enhanced profits and execution at Brinker International Big Bowl Asian Kitchen by developing new monthly and quarterly budgets with projected sales, guest counts, and PPA.
