With over eleven years of experience in operations management, I am passionate about optimizing processes, enhancing communication, and delivering results. As an Operations Manager at Core One, I work with a diverse team to oversee the production, quality, and safety of various geographically diverse projects. I also leverage my skills in oral and interpersonal communication to coordinate with clients, team members, and stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products and services. Previously, I was an Operations Manager at Perspecta, where I managed a team with the Department of Defense, and an Operations Management Instructor at The MASY Group, where I taught best practices and methodologies to aspiring professionals. I am currently pursuing a Master's of Business Administration degree at the University of Maryland Global Campus, with a focus on management and operations.
