I am currently working the Counter Sales role at HD Supply White Cap Construction and Industrial. In my three years with the company, I have acquired useful skills and a vast knowledge of the distribution industry, while also taking part in every step of the sales process along the way. Shipping and receiving, merchandising, account management, inside sales, and exceptional customer service for our incredibly important and demanding client base. I have dealt directly with vendors by processing purchase orders, and ensuring that our customers recieve the absolute best experience during their product deliveries. I have acted as the first point of contact for all customers entering the branch, as well as the first point of contact for all incoming calls. Outside sales representatives depend on me to process the orders they obtain in the field on a daily basis.In my two years with Aaron's, I worked as a Manager Trainee, and through their awesome training program, I eventually got the promotion to Account Manager. I performed door to door residentail collections routes in a 15'0 box truck, while also contacting customers for upselling oppurtunity, as well as lease renewal notifications. I led the customer account's department and ensured that monthly lease renewal goals were met and in most cases exceeded. The acquisition and maintence of customers was my top priority, and my department and I carried a district leading renewal percentage in the immediate months that followed my promotion.
