About Austin Howell

Having served in the United States Air Force for six years, I had the privilege of gaining valuable experience as a Vehicle Operator and Dispatcher. These roles instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations. My time in the military also fostered my passion for foreign relations and global cooperation. Currently, I am working in the Network Operations Center (NOC) at CDI, where I have further developed my skills in IT and network management. I am proficient in using ServiceNow, a powerful IT service management platform, which has allowed me to streamline processes and enhance productivity within the organization. One of the aspects I value most about my career is the opportunity for continuous growth and learning. Throughout my professional journey, I have acquired remote work experience, which has sharpened my ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and deliver results in a virtual environment.
