Hi! My name is Austin Jackson. I am originally from Huntsville, AL. In 2011, I earned a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Business, from The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. I have a strong track record in the customer service industry. I have extensive administrative experience in a fast-paced office setting; to be said, I learn fast and thrive in chaos. For many years I have managed multiple people underneath me where I have alternated between running events, taking vital information, making appointments, and answering phones. I am in school part-time working on my master’s degree. I am looking forward to an opportunity to gain optimum knowledge and grow as much as possible. I am highly organized and manage my time well.
