I am a manager and writer with over five years of experience in employment-based immigration law at one of the nation’s top firms, WR Immigration (Wolfsdorf Rosenthal LLP). I lead complex case strategy, legal writing, and case management for high-stakes visa petitions across immigrant (e.g, EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2, National Interest Waiver) and nonimmigrant (e.g, O-1, O-2, P-1, P-2) visa categories. I am also familiar with H-1B, F-1, J-1, and PERM processes. As Writing Team Manager, I have overseen a team of up to six legal professionals – writers, legal assistants, and paralegals – handling staff hiring, performance oversight, and process optimization. Through my ongoing role, I have demonstrated an exceptional ability at conducting legal and case-specific research, coordinating the team’s engagement with industry experts and labor groups for reference letters and advisory opinions, assessing prospective immigrant eligibility, and managing strategic document gathering and presentation. Moreover, I am well-practiced in guiding clients – ranging from major technology companies and leading universities to widely recognizable entertainment production groups – through ever evolving USCIS standards. Accordingly, my work goes beyond the drafting and editing of compelling documents of record, such as support letters, deal memos, terms of employment, itineraries, request for evidence (RFE) responses, and appeals.
