I am a student at Chico State University as a business management major. I will be graduating May 2022.I have worked for Starbucks as a barista for 5 1/2 years. In that time, I have delivered excellent customer service hand crafting beverages while adhering to company policies and standards. I have exemplified a posture of financial stewardship and responsibility as well as sharpened my speed and efficiency skills while providing high-quality service to ensure recurring business and customer retention. I also maintained cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, upholding quality standards. My professional skills are: Team building, the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, time management, effective leadership, problem-solving, attention to detail, and verbal/written communication skills.
