I am a reliable and natural leader, proficient in maintaining and administering the security posture of large-scale deployments. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security from Full Sail University, Winter Park, Florida. My studies taught me a great understanding of cyber-attacks and defenses, computer forensics, cryptography, risk management, web architecture, access controls and intrusion detection technology, and security defense countermeasures. I have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team to accomplish the company's short- and long-term goals. However, I am self-motivated and can meet and exceed goals vs. obligations when working independently. A few of my career highlights include: Worked efficiently in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. Mentored team members to overcome obstacles, led by example, and ensured that all goals were met to the highest quality. Applied troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions for valued customers and drove interactions by thoughtfully working with customers to dive deep into the root cause of an issue. Worked on upgrading the Billing System to WHMCS, a leading web hosting management and billing software that automates all business aspects.
