My background includes hands-on work in network security, cloud architecture, database management, and systems administration, as well as customer-facing technical support and post-sales engineering. I’ve built a career around solving complex technical challenges while ensuring security, compliance, and efficiency for the organizations I support. I’m skilled at bridging the gap between technical teams and business needs — whether that means analyzing network traffic to detect threats, deploying secure cloud infrastructure, or guiding customers through technical solutions that drive long-term value. Along the way, I’ve developed expertise in automation with Python, PowerShell, and Bash, which I use to streamline IT operations and improve reliability. Currently, I’m expanding my AWS and Azure security certifications to deepen my cloud expertise.
