About Austin Sargent

Performance-focused Associate Manager with 10+ years of experience in Asset Management. I help investment professionals manage diverse asset portfolios by providing private market data that shapes investment strategy, supporting over $38 billion in AUM. A few examples of my work include: • Led the development of a comprehensive performance reporting suite, integrating diverse data sets to support external asset management mandates tied to a $1.84 billion increase in AUM, enabling expansion into reinsurance, infrastructure debt, and asset-based finance transactions. • Streamlined the onboarding of previously outsourced fund administration services, improving operations efficiency, achieving $1.3M in annual cost savings while scaling internal capacity for portfolio management and client services. • Developed enhanced impact portfolio analysis tools, providing actionable insights and improved data visibility, resulting in 15% prep time reduction of quarterly performance reporting materials, delivering more accurate and timely investment analysis. • Reduced non-compliant regulatory filings statement values by nearly $2B year over year, mitigating credit risk, strengthening compliance, and expanding available investment capital by multi-millions to facilitate new product and investment opportunities. I also am: • A Coffee Culture Enthusiast (nothing beats sipping a latte in a European café with my wife) • A huge Manchester United fan (for better or worse these days) I get excited about opportunities where I can leverage data-driven insights, optimize portfolio operations, and contribute to innovative investment strategies that drive measurable growth and success.
