About Austin Shields

I’ve built my career at the intersection of technology, strategy, and enablement—helping enterprise leaders solve complex challenges and drive measurable growth. At Gartner, I spent nearly 7 years partnering with CIOs and IT executives to navigate vendor negotiations, optimize IT spend, and align technology investments with business outcomes. This experience gave me a deep understanding of how senior leaders think about risk, cost, and transformation.Today at Seismic, I bring that same consultative approach to sales, marketing, and RevOps leaders. I help organizations equip their sellers with the right content, messaging, and training to win more consistently. From accelerating onboarding to aligning marketing efforts directly to revenue, I focus on ensuring enablement has a measurable business impact. What drives me is working with complex, global organizations to cut through silos, create alignment, and build strategies that empower teams to perform at their best.
