I'm a self proclaimed Disney fanatic who loves the weather and enjoys long walks down Magic Kingdom. Due to my work as a Resident Advisor for three years, I have been able to express myself creatively and expand my social skills to become more open and available for my residents and hall staff. I have developed spontaneous problem-solving skills and the correct way to handle difficult situations, while remaining positive and going above and beyond what is asked of me. Using my creativity and leadership skills, I have organized and performed dozens of hall-wide programs including subjects of mental health, educational advancement, finance management, and alcohol/drug awareness. I have gained a value in customer service and hospitality from supporting my residents, co-workers, and fellow peers.
