I am relatively a neophyte in the field of Specialty Insurance, but I possess progressive years of experience in delivering customer service encompassing retail sales, business development, information technology, operations management, performance improvement, entrepreneurship, and data analytics. I have enough experience that honed my ability to build relationships and support the strategic use of data to facilitate decision-making in delivering business solutions. I have been recognized for numerous successes with Anthem because of my ability to combine my exceptional abilities in defining innovative business solutions and methodologies. As I strive to climb up the ladder of success, I acknowledge that there is more to life, and as such, you would often see me enjoy traveling to Europe, learning Spanish, photography and spending time with my dog. I hope to strike a work-life balance to ensure that I operate at my utmost potential, and having activities where I can be me is something I truly treasure.
