Safety and compliance professional with experience supporting large-scale transportation and distribution operations. I focus on implementing DOT and FMCSA regulatory requirements through practical safety programs that strengthen compliance, reduce operational risk, and support operational performance.In my current role with Performance Food Group (PFG), I support safety and compliance initiatives across multiple distribution facilities. The majority of my work centers on leading safety initiatives, developing operational processes, and partnering with leadership teams to improve safety performance across the network. My responsibilities include overseeing Hours of Service (HOS) compliance, analyzing safety and incident trends, developing standard operating procedures, implementing safety technology, and delivering training to drivers and facility teams. I also serve as a subject matter expert for telematics and routing systems, supporting 10 distribution centers to improve compliance and routing efficiency. I believe strong safety programs are built through collaboration and communication. By working closely with drivers, operations leaders, and safety teams, I focus on reinforcing safe behaviors and building a culture where safety and operational performance go hand in hand. Core areas of focus include DOT and FMCSA compliance, fleet safety, transportation operations, multi-site training, SOP development, safety data analysis, and technology implementation.
