About Austin W.

Graduate from North Dakota State University Class for Construction Management.Saint Paul, Minnesota Native with a passion for being a part of team-building facilities for everyday use.I have worked in multiple industries including customer service, fitness center, classroom, and construction (Heavy Civil and multifamily). In those fields, I had to learn to deal with different types of conflicts with quick thinking and knowing when and how to escalate each situation to the proper management staff members. Being in construction taught me that this is a people business and just like a building, a relationship between contractors is built one step at a time. In the future, I would like to use all the experience gained from my career to help those reach their goals. In my free time, I like to either be online with friends or enjoy the outdoors by hiking. Some of my strengths include Microsoft Suite, project-oriented, interpersonal skills, and strong teamwork skills.
