Hello Souldier I’m Autumn and one of my superpowers is this: if you share your dreams with me, you’ll start dreaming even bigger. At the intersection of mental wellness and soul care, I help Black women and mission-driven organizations break free from survival mode and step into radical self-belief with my signature S.O.U.L. system. For Black women trapped by avoidance, scarcity or their comfort zone, I curate sacred spaces that turn those cycles into confidence, clarity, and freedom. Clients walk away not just inspired, but with actionable steps to finally launch their ideas, honor their healing, and build lives rooted in values, purpose, and legacy. For organizations and wellness brands, I design engaging and culturally responsive programs that strengthen morale, boost mood, and improve team connection. My collaborative approach ensures each experience feels relevant, impactful, and tailored so that communities walk away with practical tools they can use well beyond the workshop. Past partnerships include Baltimore City’s Mayor’s Office, Elijah Cummings Youth Program, Dreamin’ In Color, and national wellness platforms like Lyra Health and Crisis Text Line.
