About Ava Furbee

As a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), I centered my studies on Business Management & Entrepreneurship where I proudly graduated in the top 10% of my class (Magna Cum Laude). I've always been a small business advocate and I continue to feel strongly about utilizing business to lift up local communities. I am extremely passionate about holistic health & regenerative agriculture - understanding that the two truly go hand-in-hand, naturally complementing one another. With 5+ years of work experience in a variety of roles & industries, I have a diverse background that has enabled me to become extremely adaptable and open-minded to different ways of working & thinking. I am a self-starter and an extremely quick learner, having taught myself how to build/design websites, create professional quality marketing content (graphics, videos, etc.), and utilize Excel to gather and analyze business data - to name a few things. Lately, my focus has been on helping companies strategize and grow through digital marketing channels including, but not limited to, all major social media platforms, paid advertisements, and website development/optimization.
