Hello friends, Ava here. I am a 23-year-old St. Louis filmmaker x badass artist based in New York. I graduated NYU's Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Film and a minor in Child Psychology. I am a lifelong child of play, connoisseur of crafts, and designer of films. I currently work professionally as a production designer, producer, film loader, and cinematographer (and perhaps in that order). While I love to work in film and accept opportunities to do so at first chance, I am also curious about being a part of building of grassroots social media and DAO's. In simpler words, I am happy to be contacted for a variety of positions, pending they are creative in some way. My technical skills include Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Procreate, Illustrator, Lightroom, Avid Media Composer, Pro Tools, and Maya 3D (to name a few). I am a fast learner of new software and like to use these programs in conjunction to merge my interests in design, fine art, and film. I am most excited by stories and communities of intersectional American identities and emergent social change. I believe in accessible tech and radical compassion, crucial in the age of increasing American intolerance and imperialism. I condemn all war against people and our environment. My dream is to begin a production company for multi-media artists and interdisciplinary play. I love the chance to work with women-led productions, non-binary creators, trans artists, and surrealist lovers.
