Over eight years ago, I stepped into an entry-level role in an industrial HR department, not realizing I had just found my career niche. Since then, my passion for Human Resources has only grown, fueling my drive to continuously learn, adapt, and advance in my HR journey. By nature, I am a helper—curious yet reserved, always striving to support both employees and leadership in creating a positive and efficient workplace. My exceptional organizational skills have been sharpened through HR (because let’s be honest—misplaced paperwork can be a nightmare!). I thrive on learning from others, listening to different perspectives, and embracing adaptability, which I believe is crucial in the ever-evolving world of HR. While I value professionalism, I also believe that genuine workplace connections—the shared smiles, laughter, and goal-setting moments—are what truly make HR meaningful.
