I am passionate about mindful and healthy living for all. Through several life-changing events, I have developed a unique ability to stay calm under pressure and navigate the complexities of diverse geographies and cultural backgrounds. In my work, this allows me to navigate a constantly changing environment with diverse stakeholders in both the US and globally. As a leader, I am passionate about building a source of truth to guide strategic decisions and bringing transformational medicines that contribute to the greater good – “a healthy life for all”. My business and scientific acumen along with my interpersonal skills have led to effective partnerships that result in impactful research projects, highly effective medical outreach for physicians, payers, and ultimately improved patient care.As Scientific Director for Medical Affairs, I lead strategic planning and execution of evidence generation, building scientific story and key communication themes for medical outreach and education on multiple assets in Rheumatology. My deep experience in the pharmaceutical industry stems from a variety of roles in Healthcare Research Consulting, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Value & Access, and Medical Affairs. These experiences combine my passion for strategic, yet truthful scientific storytelling, scientific research, and patient access to care.Outside of work, I make time for fitness, healthy vegetarian cooking, mindful meditation+yoga practice, and reading the next New-York Times bestseller!
