About Avari Litka

As a senior Biology major at Salve Regina University with an interest in human health, I will soon be transitioning into a Master’s program in Nutrition and Human Performance at Merrimack College to deepen my understanding of how nutrition impacts the human body and gut microbiome. My academic background has allowed me to become a well-rounded student, and now, I am eager to continue learning and apply it to help individuals optimize their health through diet changes. I’m especially interested in areas such as clinical nutrition, sports nutrition, research, and holistic health. My goal is to eventually open my own nutrition practice where I can work one-on-one with clients, providing tailored plans that allow them to reach their health goals. Currently, I am focused on completing my bachelors degree and preparing for my masters program. As I move forward, I am excited to connect with peers and professionals in the field and learn from others who share a passion in nutrition.
