About Aveli Kornav

I’m an experienced operations and systems professional with a strong background in managing company-wide administration, HR, recruitment, quality control, and compliance frameworks within the fire protection and safety industry. I currently oversee end-to-end business operations, from workforce coordination and contract management to policy development, document control, and system optimisation. My focus is on driving structure, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all areas of the business while supporting teams to maintain high performance and accountability. I’m passionate about creating organised, scalable systems that empower people to work smarter — not harder — and ensuring every process aligns with company standards, ISO requirements, and real-world practicality.
