About Averey Rasmuson
Growing up in a small town where community service and small town competition was normal to every day life; I discovered that I really wanted to help people the best way I could; along with appeasing to my competitive nature. I originally started Ensign College (formally LDS Business College) in 2011 for Paralegal Studies when I found my way to Enterprise Holdings in 2012 as a Customer Assistant Representative at the Salt Lake City Airport. My passion for wanting those to have the best experience possible, along with competitive drive to be the best led me to numerous top sales awards along with customer service awards. My consistency in both service and sales allowed me the opportunity to move to the Utah County Enterprise Rent a Car in 2014 where I continued to perform in sales and service along with train my fellow colleagues. I opened up 2 new store locations in 2016 and 2017 that were consistently producing in both service and sales. My strong sense of teamwork and yes mentality led me to build strong relationships internally, leading me to gain a reputation of someone who was willing to go the extra mile for my teammates and customers. After 6 years on the Rent A Car side of the business- I moved to the Fleet Management side of the business as an Account Fleet Coordinator. In my role I acted as a local, knowledgeable resource for an assigned book of business for Fleet Management clients, primarily through the phone and email- along with working with internal and external vendors, acting in the client's best interest. In managing those tasks I was able to build strong business relationships with my client base, truly adopting a "Friend Not Vendor" mentality while also maintaining the biggest book of business in the Utah market. I managed all administrative and sales support tasks related to the client along with preparing quotes and imputing vehicle orders for the clients in a timely manner. I collaborated with an internal Account Manager and gained first-hand knowledge on how to maintain the service mentality while also maintaining a high sales performance. Utilizing the skills I had honed and fine tuned- I moved industries and transitioned over to Digital Marketing Industry with MarketStar supporting Google Waze as an Account Manager. I help align advertiser's goals with the Waze platform and show results based on current industry benchmarks and help advertisers strategize different approaches to reach those goals. I look forward to continuing to grow my skills in sales and leadership.
