Hey y'all! I'm Avery Allen, and I have my Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Spanish at the Sam M. Walton College of Business, University of Arkansas. My purpose is to lead a life in service to the Lord, spreading joy to others and helping them thrive spiritually, emotionally, and physically. My passion lies in the art of service and having fun, forging meaningful connections, creativity, nurturing my faith, and continually striving for self-improvement. Beyond academics, I find joy in an active lifestyle, exploring new destinations, diving into interesting books, relishing diverse cuisines, and engaging with people from all walks of life. I wear multiple hats - as a barre fitness instructor, a spiritual mentor, a fitness enthusiast, a podcaster, and someone with over 5 years of experience in the food industry. Additionally, I'm spreading positivity through a weekly text service and exploring entrepreneurial ventures to innovate and create. I'm an adventurous spirit, always on the lookout for fresh opportunities to grow as an individual, a friend, a dedicated professional, and a responsible citizen.
