About Avery Angle
Hi! I'm Avery Angle, an I am an Art Director, Concept Artist, and filmmaker with a passion for environment design and nature driven stories. I am currently based in Dublin Ireland, working at Little Moon Animation as an Art Director. Previous roles there include Trainee Director on Fia's Fairies Season 2 and concept artist for The Scavengers, Fia's Fairies Season 1, and other development projects. I graduated from the National Film School at IADT with a Bachelors (Honours) in Animation. There I directed my first short film The Small Makings of a Storm, which I put through the festival rounds from 2022-2024. Highlights include being nominated for an Irish Academy Award (IFTA) 2024, a Semi Finalist in the Student Academy Awards 2022, Won an Irish Animation Award for Best Student Film 2023, won 4 awards at Dingle Animation Festival 2023 including Best Irish Student and Best Art Direction, and screened across the globe.
