As a Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, I am passionate about applying my analytical and computing skills to solve real-world engineering problems. I have a strong foundation in mathematics, physics, and engineering principles, as well as a great interest in 3D CAD design, manufacturing process improvement, robotics, and data analytics. In my most recent role as a Research Analyst and Customer Service Associate at CB Direct/RealSteel Center, I managed end-to-end e-commerce operations on META and Amazon platforms, ensuring seamless order processing and timely fulfillment. I utilized Shopify, Excel, VBA, and SQL to clean and organize data, reducing fulfillment errors and improving overall accuracy. I also leveraged Tableau to create visualizations and reports, providing valuable insights into shipping and order fulfillment trends. Additionally, I implemented project management with Notion, facilitating efficient tracking and coordination of batches and custom orders. I am always eager to learn new tools and technologies that can enhance my engineering capabilities and project outcomes. I have acquired a certification in data analytics, such as the Data Analytics issued by Google, and I have dabbled into Python, Conda, and C, enabling me to tackle challenges with innovative technological solutions. I have also honed my skills in 3D CAD design using AutoCAD and SolidWorks, contributing to the visual aspects of various projects and transforming ideas into tangible representations.
