As the Case Support Coordinator at the University of Waterloo, my role is integral to managing sensitive cases and fostering student wellness within the residence life community. With a Master's in Social Justice and Community Engagement, my approach is rooted in restorative justice principles and a commitment to diversity. Previously, as a Program Manager at The Salvation Army, I spearheaded community programs that directly impacted diverse populations. Our team's dedication led to the development of innovative initiatives, such as the Christmas Hamper Program; providing essential food for families and individuals in need. In my role I successfully led the execution and use of a grant, and our team was able to fully stock the food pantry, reflecting our shared value of restoring hope through actionable social change.
