Hi, I’m Avery! A proud Austinite, current ASU marketing student, and leasing professional who thrives at customer relationships and creative marketing strategies. My love for my city and its people is deep, and I channel that energy into every project I tackle, including making Austin people's new perfect home. As a Leasing Specialist at AMP, I’ve had the opportunity to make an impact, especially during the successful takeover of a large Class A property. Through my dedication to building meaningful relationships, I've boosted my closing ratio to an impressive 78.21%, contributing to driving occupancy rates from 82% to 92%. My focus on cultivating trust and understanding with both potential and current residents is something I take pride in. I’m currently working on my Marketing degree online at Arizona State University. As I look ahead to the next chapter of my career, I’m excited to blend what I’ve learned in school with the real-world experience I’ve gained so far. I truly believe my strategic and creative mind can bring value to my future experiences and careers.
