His experience has enabled him to leverage his vast network and deep knowledge of New York Real Estate. As a Native New Yorker, Avi began his career in at a boutique firm based in Queens. Throughout his career, he represented sellers and investors looking for guidance during a challenging market. Avi’s experience, out-of-the-box thinking, and creativity has honed the ability to guide his clients and reach their goals. Working regularly with developers and investors, he led a major assignment for one of New York’s largest landlords. He opened an onsite leasing office, formed a team which was responsible for leasing 31 buildings, over 3,700 apartments in South Brooklyn which he successfully guided the owners to 100% occupancy. As an experienced industry leader, Avi caters to a diverse client base ranging from luxury residential apartments in the Upper East Side to landlord tenant representation in Brooklyn Heights. Avi has curated an exceptional eye for value in the ever-fluctuating market to help maximize his clients’ bottom line. With years of experience through major cycles, his guidance has helped a great number of his clients towards tremendous success. Born an entrepreneur, Avi surrounds himself with industry leaders.
