I am a seasoned executive with 14+ years of operations management and public relations experience leading religious organizations. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for developing and guiding the strategic vision of organizations, as well as for securing the necessary resources through fundraising and effective financial management. Professional focal points include program development, strategic planning, board relations, staff hiring and development, partnership management, and public speaking. Delivering superior administration on the latter areas of expertise requires utilization of effective communication skills, as well as project coordination and resource management to facilitate advancement toward organizational objectives. Prior to launching Olitzky Consulting Group, I served as Senior Rabbi of Beth El Synagogue, leading a 1,250 household congregation. Under my leadership, I established and maintained relations with community members, board members, and corporate partners to inform the strategic vision of the organization. I also spearheaded the planning, execution, and oversight of educational programs and community initiatives supporting our overarching mission. In addition, I liaised with colleagues and partners to ensure the organization’s financial support structure is driving operations forward with minimal expenditures.
