I have been the General Counsel and key member of corporate management teams for 15+ years in multi-million dollar retail operations, real estate, and family office finance. I understand the business role of an in-house lawyer and the importance of providing clients with practical and efficient solutions that balance business concerns with appropriate risk management. I oversee and reduce the reliance on outside counsel, draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts saving millions of dollars, handle disputes and litigation matters, and provide advice and counsel to executive management teams on a range of matters. Most importantly, I have worked closely with business leaders to get the job done. I am a strategic thinker, adept at negotiation and communication, and a problem solver who is able to execute assignments under pressure. I am a prodigious worker and effective team builder and leader who knows how to get the deal closed and bring value to the bottom line. My ares of practice includes contract negotiation, contact review, contract management, employment law, and insurance. Additionally, I have a broad range of leasing, transactional, operational and management experience in the commercial and residential real estate markets.
