Hi Everyone! I am Avijit Banerjee having 10 Plus Years experience in the Development Sector, in Kolkata and West Bengal. I worked since 2013 with different NGOs and INGOs in Kolkata. Have the strength in Documentation and Training Facilitation domain along with Project Implementation and Larger Team Management. Making concept notes, maintaining budgets independently is also the part of my experiences. I got the opportunity to work with most of the CSR based projects. At present working in the role of Project Manager from last One & half years in BITAN.(Budge Budge, South 24 PGs) First opportunity achieved in CINI (Child In Need Institute), as Project Supervisor from 2013 - 2016. Working Domain - Child Education Project (CSR) Then worked with FPAI (Family Planning Association of India), as Programme Officer from 2016 - 2017. Working area - SRHR (Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights) of Youth and adolescents, funded by IPPF Third working opportunity was with SANCHAR, as Project Coordinator from 2017 - 2018. Working area - Inclusion of the children with disabilities in mainstream society as equal, funded by Foreign Team Indien Hilfe Germany and then associated with VWS (Village Welfare Society) for three years (2018 - 2021) Also have the freelancing experience with many organisations like World Vision India, SANKET, Sightsavers India. Apart from that I am also a Professional Anchor and an Audio Story Teller and Life Skill Education Training Facilitator.
