Avik is the Founder and CEO of NUVAH ELINT LLP, a startup based on the latest advances in Positive Psychology. The aim is to provide a wealth of behavioral insights to individuals and organizations, to strengthen their overall well-being. It draws on the PERMA model, Character Strengths and Mindsets, and incorporates allied features, such as Mindfulness, Self-Esteem, EQ, Resilience and Grit. With over 20 years of global experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte, he is an expert in programme management, organizational transformation, change management, talent and competency development. Clients he has worked with include New York Life, Wells Fargo, Bayer Diagnostics, Reckitt Benckiser, PayPal, Liberty Mutual Group, Rohm and Haas (Dow Chemical).
