Hey there! I'm Avik Anand Kumar, and I'm all about making a difference in the world of civil engineering, specifically in water treatment projects. With over 7 years of experience in the construction industry, I've had the opportunity to work on some exciting ventures and build a strong reputation for my dedication and results-driven approach. As a supervisor and site engineer, I've taken on a range of responsibilities, from inspecting equipment to preparing budgets and financial reports. Ensuring the health and safety of everyone involved in the projects is always a top priority for me. Collaborating with project teams, clients, and consultants is a crucial part of my work, as it helps me execute site work efficiently and maintain professional relationships. Currently, I'm working as a Project Engineer and Support Design Engineer at NJS Engineers India Pvt Ltd. One of my notable achievements was working on the 100 MLD Hebbal Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) project, which was quite a challenging yet rewarding experience. I've also had the opportunity to contribute to sewerage network designs and other treatment plant projects. My commitment to delivering quality work and ensuring client satisfaction has always been a driving force for me. When it comes to my educational background, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from ATME College of Engineering in Mysore and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from K.S.PT in Bangalore. These educational experiences have provided me with a strong foundation in my field and have helped shape my career as a Project Engineer. Apart from my technical skills, I bring a lot to the table in terms of leadership and management. I'm a great team player, a quick learner, and always ready to take on new challenges.
