My role as a QE Principal Consultant, overseeing Delivery, has evolved me as a person who has an attention to detail in assessing and solutioning for Customer’s pain areas. I create, scale and optimize delivery teams, with the right technical and functional solution. I focus on key results, build amazing teams and quickly adapt to new insights. My teams have always been known for their discipline, dedication and successful deliveries. Having uniquely worked in both the worlds of Sales and Delivery, I understand closely the Business level conflicts and with my experience in Transformation, I have often been able to tie both ends seamlessly. More About Me-As a Principal Consultant, I am responsible for QE Governance, Transformation, Automation Center of Practice, Customer engagement and Delivery, for a Tier 1 Telco. Handling operations and expansion of a ~$100Mn engagement - Active role in Business and Talent development, Innovation Management, across the board interactions with CIO, VP and Directors. Proven success in Customer co-ordination- Transformation architect with experience in developing and implementing Tools and Framework targeting Customer pain areas like – Estimation, Demand Management, Maturity Assessment, Reporting etc- An excellent communicator with first-rate proven presentation and analytical skills - Worked in crucial Project Development for top telecom giants in North America (USA/Canada), Latin America and Europe - Excellence in Pre-Sales across the globe, Process Consulting and Integrated Lifecycle Development with Automation as core focus - Consistently achieved highest C-SAT ratings- Certified, practiced and trained in SAFe, PMP, Six Sigma, RPA, ITIL, ISTQB Advanced - Member of Arsenal FC - Ex National Quiz champion/runners-up and participant in Quiz World Cup 2015 - Simply love cooking - Associated with NGOs/CSR, time permitting.
