Dedicated MSc graduate in Thermal Power and Fluid Engineering from the University of Manchester and Mechanical Professional with a strong background in FEA and CFD analysis, with proficiency in using Ansys and SolidWorks. Delivered 20+ FEA/CFD simulation projects, developing and validating models in compliance with industry standards to determine stress intensity, structural integrity, product reliability, fatigue life cycle, thermal effects, vibration effects heat transfer and flow etc Some of the key requirements I have experience with include: • Utilizing SolidWorks for modelling pipe assemblies, ducts and complex geometries (eg: Ferris wheel components, PLC assembly etc.) • Ability to generate hand and software-based calculations • Implemented FEA/ CFD modelling techniques using Ansys to improve simulation accuracy and efficiency for different analysis such as Stress/ Structural Integrity, Vibration, Thermal, Single and Multiphase flows etc. • Thorough understanding of fluid dynamics principles and the capacity to employ them in a range of engineering issues. Additionally, I’ve created detailed technical reports and participated in design review meetings to communicate analysis findings and recommendations to clients. I’m currently exploring related career paths in positions of Stress Engineer, Stress Analyst, Mechanical Design Engineer, Mechanical Analyst, Structural Engineer (Mechanical), FEA Engineer, CFD Engineer and Graduate mechanical engineering roles in any industrial sector.
