He started off his career as a Physiotherapist, moved to Management, followed by Hospital Operation Management and Quality Management roles and currently he's a Healthcare Crisis manager. Having experience of most roles in a Healthcare cycle gives him the capability of understanding and appreciating the value of each role and thus makes him a better Crisis manager.Avinash has diverse experience working on platform, Hospital and Wellness Healthcare Management. He has worked with matured steady-state companies as well as young growth-stage organizations.Avinash is an TISS alumnus. He is a fitness conscious person and has been able to reduce his weight from 80 to 72.
