I am someone who has been passionate about exploring people, places & products. This drive has kept me involved in a continuous learning process and helped in building my overall personality throughout my academic and professional career in different roles. Now, with relevant experience backing me up, I am looking forward to work with a dynamic organization in the fitness & healthcare industry in the domain of Customer service and Operations Here is quick look at the highlights of my career- I have worked in management roles starting from my days in College, growing from Volunteer to Coordinator of the Mountaineering Club of BMSCE conducting events for students throughout my 4 year term- After this, I worked as a Design Engineer for 1 year term in the R&D department at AUMA India Pvt Ltd. This company gave me a very good opportunity to work with all departments of a Mechanical Industy - R&D, Production, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing & Services as all these departments were inhouse in this company. I had to cross function with multiple departments to execute multiple projects during my stint. It gave me clear vision on the need for optimum balance between multiple departments for efficient functioning & growth of a company- Continuing from there, I worked in a start up called Mojhi Inc since its inception, and grown from a Customer Relationship Manager(Sales) to being the Senior most Business Development Manager in the organization. During this period, I have handled multiple teams(both Sales & Operations) for different projects and roles that has contributed to the growth of the Organization- After my tenure at Mojhi Inc, I co-founded a company called "PointBreak", which is an events management company that is focused on fitness, sports and adventure travel. Unfortunately, due to the Covid pandemic, we have been unable to launch any successful program so far- Along with all these, I regularly go Rock climbing & also organize treks & outbound team building activities. I have planned, marketed & executed many outbound camps, treks & experiential outdoor programmes in Karnataka & Kerala for both Corporates & School students, both as a leader and volunteer. I would like to offer my experinces, skills, ideas, and dedicate myself to being a significant contributor to the position that I seek
