Oversee contractor workforce in-line with organisational policies and procedures. • Review, verification, and approval of contractor documentation including project/quality plan, project schedule, tender documents, technical specification. • Hands on experience with SAP WAVE4 Hana ERP platform including various modules of Production, Procurement, Work order management, inspection, service entry, invoicing etc. • Hands on experience in project management for overhauling of Siemens V94.2 gas turbines and GE 9E gas turbines. Well versed in repair and maintenance of Gas Turbine outer insulation jackets. • Control and management of consumables, spares and tools required for plant overhaul. • Good knowledge of welding metallurgy, industrial Non-destructive examination, heat treatment and post weld heat treatment processesFoundry Technology and related defect Analysis. Hand on experience in pressure vessel fabrication (ASME U stamped, CE/PED marked). • Develop, review and improvise Risk assessment in line with Organizational objectives and business needs. Good knowledge of 5S and KAIZEN, applied in production engineering. Application of QA/QC tools like Pareto Diagram, implementing PDCA cycle, FPD (Flawless Project Delivery) Program. • Well versed with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 management system standards. Hands on experience on NCR open and closeout. Perform failure investigation, corrective actions and root cause analysis.
