Estimation • Analyzing tender BOQ, Technical Specification, Drawings & working on it. • Floating enquiries for each item, taking quote & follow up from vendors, do negotiation, rate comparison. • Total cost estimation of BOQ. • LT Panel estimation & designing. • Preparing SLD & GA drawing. Project Management • Provide technical support to site engineer • Preparing technical documents, QAP, Test Certificate. • Preparing Rate Analysis, Preparing Budget, Milestone Chart. • Preparing Project measurement sheets. Billing • Preparing Sale bill with relevant documents.
