Respnsible to prepare FRA claims with all details (technician’s visit analysis, respective reference photo/movie, important remarks, etc) and have to get claim approval from DIND (Production Manager / QM) or DOG (Customer Service / Technical help desk) Responsible for Claim retour / destroy confirmation through co-ordination between Customer care, Logistic, Technicians, Production / QM. Reponcible to maintain the soft copy of technician’s visit report & hard copy of Customer Job sheet from technician. Technician / Franchise claims filing. Co-ordinate with company field staff / Franchise technician / Technical team / Production team / Quality team / Logistic team / Customer care team / End users / Dealers for problem solution till the end.
