Job Responsibilities: Marketing:• Tendering, Contract Management including Preparation of Bid, Contract Agreement, Liaising, & vendor approvals for Turnkey solution of Transmission line, EHV Underground Cabling Systems, AIS & GIS Substation & EPC Project.• Regular visit to Clients for collecting information about future power projects for business development.• Responsible for Liaising with PGCIL, DMRC, PSPCL, HVPNL, RRVPNL, UPPTCL & PTCUL (Clients) and other Government Agencies.• Responsible for Vendor Approvals in PSU/State/Private utilities.Post Award Activities: • Deeply studying LOA for both Technical and Commercial terms and condition & writing Letter to the Customer if any abnormality found in LOA’s terms and conditions.• LOA Acceptance formalities.• Making of Contract Agreement.• Preparation of final systems line drawings /data documents for approval prior to execution of contracts.• Learning and adding value to the organization and taking new initiatives.Tendering:Pre-Tendering QR Analysis and writing letter to the customer if change is required in QR• Study Tender documents, Qualifying Requirement, Drawings & Specifications provided by Client.• Prepare Clarifications/Confirmations on the scope of works & specification for sending to the client.• Attending techno-commercial (Pre-bid) meetings & understand the contractual terms & conditions of the customer.• Co-ordinate with CFTs (Cross functional teams), engineering department and regional offices, supply chain, commercial and legal & take inputs from them to prepare the offerPreparation of large utility tender/offers for Pan India• Expertise in Online Bidding.• MIS to be updated & circulated on Quarterly basis. • Total self-reliance over a period of time in understanding complete EHV Cabling systems.• Handling Customer's queries (Pre & Post tender).
